Role
The usual duties and responsibilities of Recruiting Specialists in the military chain of command include:
Conduct interviews and persuade civilians wishing to join military life
Present military life and careers to groups and other youth groups in schools
Present the mission and vision of Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) to local communities and students
Join other groups in conducting military job fairs to promote the recruitment services of the organization
Present the military chain of command in credible youth groups in the community
Give advice to military personnel regarding career performance
